Vantive to expand in Mountain Home

MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. (KAIT) - Mountain Home manufacturer Vantive is growing, and that means new job opportunities.

Vantive is adding about 175 new technical and engineering jobs to its Mountain Home plant. The plant makes sets used in home dialysis, which ship to patients around the world.

Vantive has been in the community more than 60 years and employs roughly 800 people today.

Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders says the workforce is what keeps companies investing in Arkansas.

“As companies like Vantive have learned, when you invest in our state, you’re not just partnering with the state government or the local chamber. You’re partnering with hundreds of individual Arkansans. And I know that they will make the partnership worth it,” Sanders said.

State officials said Vantive invested $100 million last year, and another $100 million is planned, with new jobs coming over the next few years.
