IntegriChain hires Chris Hare as chief revenue officer
IntegriChain, a Philadelphia-based provider of revenue optimization technology and consulting for the pharmaceutical industry, has hired Chris Hare as chief revenue officer.
Based in Nashville, Hare will oversee the private equity-based firm’s commercial growth as it enters its 20th year in business. IntegriChain is a portfolio company of Nordic Capital, which acquired a majority share in November 2023.
Hare brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling revenue organizations in healthcare and healthcare SaaS.
He most recently spent 2+ years with Intelerad Medical Systems as chief revenue and growth officer, helping the company produce double-digit year-over-year growth and contributing to its April 2026 sale to GE Healthcare for $2.3 billion dollars.
Before that, Hare held commercial executive roles at several private equity-backed healthcare technology firms. He previously served as EVP of sales at Net Health, chief growth officer at Rhinogram, and director of urology sales at Miraca Life Sciences.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Trevecca Nazarene University.
“Chris understands our customers from his years in pharmaceutical sales, and he has repeatedly built predictable, scalable, accountable growth engines at healthcare technology companies,” said Josh Halpern, CEO of IntegriChain. “He’s the leader we trust to guide our commercial organization into its next phase of growth.”
IntegriChain provides biopharma companies with a commercialization platform that connects the commercial, financial, and operational dimensions of drug access and profitability. The company’s software helps clients optimize patient access and net revenue performance, reduce leakage, and strengthen compliance.
IntegriChain also provides related consulting in finance and government pricing, product access and channel, and distribution and supply chain.
The firm has 700+ employees listed on LinkedIn and offices in Philadelphia and Pune, India.
“I couldn’t be more excited to join IntegriChain,” said Hare. “What drew me here was the strength of the business, the momentum of this team, and most importantly, the people and culture behind it.”
